Naava Swim wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be complicated, so here is how we can help you get your order correct.
- At this time all items are not eligible for Refund. Only Exchange or Store Credit. No Exceptions
- We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
- All store credit is given of the price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order.
- Returned items must be unworn and must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, Naava Swim tags, and water proof pouch.
- Customer is responsible to send back the garments to the address provided.
- Exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the garment to repurchase your correct items by placing a new order online.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your item is exchanged and returned.
